Placing and Subscription to raise up to £25 million, Open Offer to raise up to £4.2 million and Notice of General Meeting
Shield Therapeutics plc, announces a proposed fundraising by way of a subscription (the “Subscription”) and placing (the “Placing“) to raise up to £25.0 million in aggregate at a price per share of 30.0 pence (the “Issue Price“). The Company also announces it will be making an Open Offer to Qualifying Shareholders at the Issue Price to raise up to £4.2 million (the “Open Offer“, and together with the Subscription and the Placing, the “Fundraising“).
